The 2·24·48 Promise
Every referral acknowledged within two business hours. A person, not an automated reply.
A clinical decision from our Clinical Director. Yes, no, or exactly what we would need to say yes.
Assessment scheduled, where practical, within 48 hours of accepting the referral.
And if we cannot take the referral, we will tell you the same day and tell you why. Where we can, we will point you to someone who can help.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. You get the name and direct line of the person handling it. That person answers.
Why clinically led matters
What "Clinically led" actually means
I have spent 16 years in hospitals, coronary care, intensive care, oncology, general medicine. I looked after people at their most unwell, and then I watched them go home to support arrangements that did not always understand what had just happened to them.
Theva Care is my answer to that. A provider small enough that I know every participant, and clinical enough that complexity is not a reason to say no.
